Hemang did an amazing job helping me find the right buyer for my property. He knows his business well, extremely familiar with all the rules and regulations and above all extremely transparent.

I have rented a 1bhk through them at Takshila in 2015 and then renewed the lease every year till 2019. In these 4 years, they have been very helpful and professional in dealings.

I would rate these guys the best in terms of professionalism, dilligence & transparency. After I left the flat in 2019, as promised and as per protocol, they returned balance deposite amount after a month.

I would have continued to deal with them if I wouldn’t have moved out of Mumbai.
