Hemang is a Chartered Accountant and MBA in Finance by qualification. He also holds a Certificate in Valuation from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. With his logical, analytical and innovative thinking he has been able to initiate and implement group’s foray into new realms of reality. He believes that real estate is the only asset class which provides continues returns and has space to incorporate people at all income levels. Over the past couple of years strategic Real Estate investments has been able to provide minimum 20% CAGR on investments. With his sector knowledge he is equipped to handle all segments of real estate be it residential, retail, commercial, investments or funding. He specializes in assisting NRI’s and foreign nationals who are looking for opportunities in India. He simultaneously runs a management consultancy arm under the banner of Intellex Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd. which caters to the accounting, finance and decision making needs of start-ups and SMEs.
